Comprising 9146 square feet, will contain two meeting rooms, a multi-function hall which can be subdivided into two spaces by a moveable partition system, warming kitchen, restrooms, and supporting mechanical and storage areas. Scope of work includes new HVAC system, demolition and phasing plans, updated Electrical and Plumbingsystems, interior finish systems, and verification of compliance with current accessibility requirements.
