Architectural Project Coordinator
Are you a skilled Project Coordinator with 2 or more years of experience who likes to assist in the creation of construction documentation and design detail, enjoys mentoring Architectural Interns, and wants to grow in their career? If so, join our team! The ideal candidate has 2 or more years of experience working on commercial projects, preferably multi-family, hospitality, and/or senior living and is proficient in Revit. You know your way around (and can produce) a basic set of drawing, are hardworking and possess a desire to grow within the firm, and enjoy mentoring and motivating architectural Interns.
What You'll Do
- Create documentation for mid to large size architectural projects
- Implement the directions of the PM in charge
- Mentor and motivate architectural Interns
- Participate in design charrettes
- Visit ongoing job sites to gain context and real-world process experience
What You'll Need
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree of Architecture from an accredited school
- 2+ years of experience on commercial projects, preferably multi-family and / or senior living
- Proficiency in Revit
- A team-player mentality and a desire to grow with the company
